how does it sound?

July 7, 2011 (Phuket Town – Kuala Lumpur)

This could be the day with the most sweat. We wasted time by walking around the town in the hot afternoon just for sightseeing. We had no specific objects to see, but we found a Wat in town and some shaded benches inside the area. So those became our next objects. The benches, I mean =P

There were some school students near us. And we found that not only they have to wear uniform, but they also have the same hairstyle by gender. It’s unique and weird at the same time.

Our hostel there was awesome. They let us stay in their common room and use their facilities even we’re already checked out. Later they guided us to get the right bus to the airport, and also wrote us Thai words when we wanted to find Thai tea. So we could just show it to the seller without having any language gap :)

At the Phuket Airport, I suddenly got stomachache. The antacid didn’t work well, so I tried Tolak Angin. I guess I got the ‘villagy’ (kampungan) disease a.k.a masuk angin. Ehehhehe…

We landed at the KL airport and stayed there until the morning came. Good that we found a place with many food stalls where apparently there were not only us who spent the night there.

But sleeping ain’t easy though. And here’s when iPhone and iPod became really important. Got insomnia? Get entertainment! Moooon river…wider than a miiile… cheered by the Breakfast at Tiffany’s.

Anyway, it was a beautiful city light just before we landed. Together with the moon, perfect!
