It was not very exciting at first, knowing that it’s time to move to Singapore. It was like ‘what else there?’, but we still had a few hours to explore some part of this town. Having dim sum was our first choice, continued with walking around for finding a coffee store, sightseeing, and photo session =P
We checked out at 11. This time, we got Sam in person. I think I know why the guest house is named Jalan-jalan. It’s because Sam is almost never on his table. He always jalan-jalan. Haha!
Next, we had to be ready for another road trip. The journey would take about 4 hrs excluding the immigration. As usual, I had a difficulty to sleep while on the road. God bless Anu who had handed over his previous iPhone to become my cure of boredom during the travel trips =P
In Singapore, the bus didn’t drop us at the station but in front of an apartment. I had no idea where that was, but I captured a view of an MRT station. So we just went there and later I showed Tika and Ejin the way to get to our hostel.
The agenda that day was only to have sightseeing at the Clarke Quay. So after knowing where our beds are, we went out again for food and having some eyes refreshment in CQ. It was so crowded there and was not that much fun. And we’re already tired. So, we just walked way back to the hostel and found rest. Ejin and I were chatting at the dining table and Tika was browsing the church schedule for the following day. Just before midnight, there were a group of guest from our hostel too who wanted to use the dining table. They didn’t tell us, be we knew it from a bottle of wine they brought. They’re all white people who looked big at size. It’s getting uncomfortable so we chose to get off there. But then we found there’s one looked like a Japanese and he was so cool. He was tall and he had a style. At least, there was a good thing to see before we fell asleep. =P
