how does it sound?

July 13, 2011 (Flying back to Bandung)

Our itinerary was all done. The last one left was only to get to Changi and do all the procedures until we’re all safe home. We already decided not to be in a hurry. We took a slow morning procedure like breakfast, shower (…if we did), packing up, and so on. All joined properties were returned to the owners to make sure that we brought home the right belongings. And as usual, the rucksacks were no longer fit….except (proudly) mine! Hahahahaha…. Tika’s rucksack was turned into a suitcase, so she definitely needed a cab to get to the airport. Another luck, there’s one taxi dropping a passenger next to Tika so she took it right away after. We’re heading to Changi.

Actually we planned to do early check in so we could find a comfy seat and have lunch before we fly. But the situation was not the same as what we had in Phuket, so we waited for the normal check in time in KFC and later joined the looong Indonesian line. Indonesians are rich, remember? Every time we travel, we always find some of them somewhere.

The flight was delayed. I think it’s due to the crowd, Indonesian crowd. We started the procedure to check in two hours before, but it only left us 20 minutes time gap between the immigration and the boarding. It was just crowded that time. And it was already 15 minutes left when we wanted to buy some bottles at the duty free shop. We’re 5 minutes late to the boarding gate, but people were still lining up, so we didn’t need to fasten. Just go in normal speed and ta-da…delayed!

It was 30 mins delayed, but there’s no more problem. At 3.30, Bandung time, we’re out from the custom in the Hussein Airport.
